The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and case studies — are owned by Pattern Growth or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
The Site links to and integrates third-party tools such as Typeform (forms) and Calendly (scheduling). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Results described in case studies and testimonials are specific to those clients and are not a promise of similar outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pattern Growth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising from a client engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
